Animal intestines washing machine is used for cleaning duck intestines, chicken intestines, goose intestines, pig intestines, beef intestines, beef maw, lamb maw, etc. The equipment is used to clean intestines and tripe by rotating and beating the drum. Inside the drum, there is a turnover plate and a mixing column, which can continuously turn the intestines and stomachs. Through the rotation of the drum, manual kneading and cleaning are simulated. The equipment structure consists of roller, splash proof outer shield, frame, transmission system, cleaning system, sewage collection and drainage system and control system.
Working principle of Animal intestine clean machine
Put the animal’s intestines to be cleaned into the roller. The roller is equipped with a high-pressure spray device. At the same time, the wall of the roller is also equipped with drain holes and anti-skid devices. The stainless steel high-pressure water pump is used to pump water into the horizontal roller for cleaning. Vortex is generated through the rotating roller to clean the duck intestines in the roller. The sewage is discharged out of the roller and flows into the sewage collection tank.
