Working principle of banana peeling machine
Feeding system: The bananas enter the machine through an automatic feeding system. This system usually consists of a conveyor belt that smoothly transports the bananas to the peeling unit.
Gripping and cutting: There are multiple components with gripping surfaces (usually wheels or belts) inside the machine, which tightly grasp the banana peel as it passes through. There are cutting blades between each gripping component, which can cut the skin along the length of the banana as it passes.
Peeling process: When the banana passes through the narrow gap of the gripping component, the gripping surface clamps the banana peel and the cutting blade cuts the skin. This process can effectively peel the banana peel without damaging the banana pulp.
