Since this model’s base is large enough to fit over a full size food pan, you can be sure that the sticky juice from cutting pineapples will be contained. Slots in the base allow juice to flow through and the entire unit is easy to take apart for thorough cleaning when your staff have finished with their prep task. It comes with 1 blade and 1 pusher. The blade is sized to provide a 3 1/2″ diameter fruit once the peel is removed.
